Because our products are custom-made, please read carefully.

No Refunds or Returns

• Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable

• This includes banners, apparel, canvas prints, props, and embroidery

Exceptions

Refunds or reprints may be considered if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The final product does not match the approved design

Claims

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product

• Clear photos of the issue must be provided

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
